Can I add on more data to DVD R disc?

If the disc wasn’t finalized during the burn, you can add more data to it. The easiest way to find out for sure is TRY to add more data to it and see what happens.

Maybe. When you created the original data disc, did you choose to ‘finalise’ it? If you did, there is no way of adding more data. If you left the disc ‘open’ (ie, you didnt finalise it) then something like Nero should create a new ‘track’ and let you add more data to the disc.
