I don’t see any underlined word, but I’m guessing it’s ‘verbatim’ … and A is the correct answer.

Your word was not underlined, however by reading the answers I can only assume you are looking for the meaning of verbatim. I would choose Word for Word, because verbatim means a exact restatement of something…
