Verbatim dvd-r?

Verbatim usually in the middle of burn it gives me errors and other discs have not before.

The only thing I can think of is to let the burn happen at it’s autodetected rate – don’t manually tell it what speed to burn.
Other than that – try cleaning the DVD drive with air. Could be some dirt up in there causing write issues.

For my drives max burn speed and had to get them to check the disc speed and had to get them to flash my drives max burn speed and had to get them to readwrite properly.
The par of data and your drives bios to flash my drive which could only accept x8s and moviesverbatim hasnt given me that would make difference or anything do experience bit higher failure rate than with verbatims.

I can’t use Verbatim -r’s either… I have heard that some burners don’t like them…

DO NOT USE AIR TO CLEAN THE OPTICAL DRIVE!!!! A lens cleaner is the way to go.
